Gary joined BND Commercial as part of the Goldstine Knapke acquisition in August 2010. He began his career in real estate in 1987 and currently focuses on northeast Indiana area businesses. Gary worked in commercial lending for a local bank for three years and was in residential real estate sales for five years. Since that time he has been active in all areas of commercial real estate.
Gary is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBOR), NAR, and is a candidate to earn his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
An active volunteer of his Lake George community, Gary is a board member and secretary of the Lake George Sewer District and is past president of the local Lions’ Club chapter.
Gary and his wife, Jane, have one daughter, Jessica, and three grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, sailing and spending time on the lake with his family.
